The Scorpion Fish (Scorpaena sp) is comprised of several different species. All require the same basic care, and grow from 7-15". These are sedentary ambush predators that camoflage the environment around them. They can be very hard to see. They are also extremely venomous if you are unlucky enough to get stabbed by a dorsal spine. They are carnivores and eat live fish in the wild, but will adapt to other foods in the aquariums.
